Big Ideas:
1.   There might be one odd idea that could turn out great.  Don't throw it away.
      -That's why you should never start with activities.
2.   It is good to draw on other lessons learned and then adapt appropriately.
3.   Focus, refocus and focus again.
4.   Choose a strategy that fits with your mission.  (fit and feasability)
5.   Strategic planning can be done by anyone.
6.   Build on strengths and assets.
7.   Teamwork is powerful; collective intelligence is more powerful than individual intelligence.
8.   Know when to ask why, and when to ask how.
9.   Practice the skills you need.  Recognize the difference between knowing and doing.
10. These techniques are larger than any institution.
11. These tools provide strategic methods for change, large AND small.
